Returns and Refunds Policy
Digital products
To prevent misuse and abuse of our services, any refund requests will be required to include a detailed description of the fault with the service or consultation result. We will only provide refunds if the merit of the refund request is deemed satisfactory by our team.¬†We issue refunds for consultation result(s) (“product”) within 15 days of the original purchase of the consultation request (“service”). Actual amount of refund listed below is determined by the cost of your purchase.

The policy is detailed below:

  1. Product was not sent to you within 3 business days: 100% refund if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase of the product.
  2. You were not satisfied with the product: 
    1. 50% refund if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase of the product.
    2. No (zero) refund will be provided if you contact us after 30 days of the purchase.
  3. Delivery: Please note that the product will be sent to the electronic mail (email) address you provide in the consultation form. Delivery is implied when the message leaves our server. We will not be sending any other copies (physical, digital or otherwise) of the consultation results to you or any other party.
  4. Re-delivery/Change of address: If you gave an incorrect email address, or if your email address expired or became unable to receive our emails for any reason, you will have to send us a photo identification of the patient for us to send you a copy to the new email address. There are no charges for re-delivery. Maximum number of re-delivery requests that will be honored for each product are TWO.
  5. Accessing your product: We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our product(s). We make no claims or provide no implicit (or otherwise) guarantee that we will be able to help you with accessing the product. We will be happy to resend it to you free-of-charge if the issue meets criteria #4 above.
